When Artemis Real Estate Partners purchased Mill & Main in 2016, LPC worked with the new Ownership to further build tenant community and enhance building value through new building amenities including shared a conference center, fitness facilities with locker rooms and bike storage.
In 2018, the LPC management team won a TOBY award in the Mid-Rise Suburban Office Park category for its management of Mill & Main. Each year, the TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards recognize the best and brightest in property management, building operations, and service in the commercial real estate industry. Nominees are evaluated on tenant-relations programs, community involvement, security standards, emergency preparedness, and continuing education for building personnel.
LPC’s Management Office is located on the 2nd Floor of Bldg 2 (Ste 200) and phone calls are answered during regular business hours, Mon thru Fri, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, except holidays. After business hours and on weekends, the management office phone is answered by our on-site 24-Hr security staff.
